PalmSensPC is the PC version of the PalmSens instrument:
The instrument(s) can be controlled via the USB port(s) of any PC that has Windows 98SE, 2000 or XP installed. PalmSensPC is a compact all-round potentiotat/galvanostat that is affordable and will fit on any lab-table (155*85*35mm).
It is capable of performing all conventional electrochemical techniques:
Normal pulse voltammetry
Differential pulse voltammetry (with pulse time 1 ms – 300 ms)
Square wave voltammetry (with frequency 1 Hz – 400 Hz)
Ac-Voltammetry (with frequency 28 Hz – 90 Hz)
Chronopotentiometric stripping or PSA (sampling rate is 40 kHz)
Amperometric detection
Pulsed amperometric detection (with pulse time 1 ms – 1 s)
Linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry with scan rates from 1 mV/s to 10 V/s
Battery cycling
Available options:
CH8 multiplexer: to work with 8 different cells or working electrodes
USB-ISO : creates a galvanic isolation between PC and PalmSensPC
